Carrots multicolour

Everything looks the same.
We are so used to finding everything we need everywhere that sometimes we feel excited from a colorful bunch of carrots.
At least this is what happened to me when I see these multicolour carrots in a farmers market in Paisley. Colours get our attention, easy as that.
Purple, yellow, white and orange. Wow, please give me a bunch of these.
Still dirty from the soil and with all the green tops.
I felt almost guilty to wash them when I get home.
As it was the first time I was eating them I thought a good way to enjoy them was the classic "stick them in the oven"- so I did it.
Some rosemary or thyme- a generous amount of olive oil, some salt and some honey will give an unforgettable taste. You will think: are these carrots for real?
In the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Buon Appetito!
